Joey Hutchins, MBA

Joey Hutchins founded RDTS in September 2007 and is the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Over the past 10 years, he developed and implemented the operational & financial policies that made RDTS is one of area’s fastest growing and most respected SDVOSB. He is responsible for the management and daily operations in addition to overseeing numerous projects involving business application and middleware implementations, design, development, and testing while leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge to develop innovative business solutions for RDTS clients. Mr. Hutchins served as a Senior Ordnance, Small Arms and Communications Manager, for the USMC with numerous decorations including the Meritorious Service Medal, with more than 25 years of experience managing & implementing complex, multi-million dollar technology & business operational programs in the public and private sectors. He is recognized as one of the 50 Most Important African Americans in Technology.

Paula Sakun

Paula Sakun serves as Executive Vice-President (EVP) of Operations, with over 20 years of experience in financial management and program operations management in the Federal sector.  Ms. Sakun has supported, in various capacity, the company since RDTS’ inception and has been a shining reason for the growth and success of the company.  She is responsible for daily management & enhancement of operational systems, processes and policies, and ensuring the effectiveness of RDTS service delivery to our customers.  She is responsible for establishing highest level contract policies and processes to ensure achievement of corporate expectations. In addition to possessing exemplary team building, communication, technical, and organizational skills, she lends RDTS her superior expertise in areas such as strategic business growth, human resource, security, supply chain and distribution management, as well as multifunctional logistics integration.
