CIO-SP3 Small Business

The Chief Information Officer-Solution and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business contract is a broad-based Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). NITAAC intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts to provide IT services to meet scientific, health, biomedical, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. Furthermore, the CIO-SP3 Small Business task areas are designed to support the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) by supporting all IT services described in the FEA. CIO-SP3 Small Business task areas include: Health IT, CIO Support, Imaging, Outsourcing, IT Operations, Integration Services, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Management Systems, and Software Development. CIO-SP3 Small Business is known as a $20 million contract ceiling which is also for 10 years. This contract also has an indefinite quantity of GWAC.

  • 10-Year, multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) GWAC
  • $20 billion contract ceiling
  • For everything ITSM in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
  • .55% contract access fee capped at $150K on any task order base or optional period (not to exceed 12 months) with funding in excess of $20M
  • No additional charge for value-added services and support

Prompt Payment Terms

RightDirection Technology Solutions LLC (RDTS) requires all payments to be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Chief Financial Officer. RDTS will remit payment for all invoices received within 30 calendar days unless arrangements have been made to extend payment terms and have been approved by authorized personnel with the associated vendor.
